FREE SHIPPING only applies to customers located in the Continental United States. We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico.
We will ship to Canadian residents for an additional charge. Canadian customers are responsible for all duties, taxes and brokerage fees associated with the shipment. Contact us for a quote.
All shipping is curbside/driveway. Other options may be available for an additional charge. Contact us about White Glove services and special delivery circumstances.
Customers are expected to inspect items for damage upon arrival. Although damage is far and few between, we ask that you take this task seriously and do your best to notate any box damage or actual furniture damage. Failure to make notations may result in a claim denial on damaged items. This is industry standard. If further explanation is needed, please let us know. We are always glad to answer questions.
It normally takes about 10 business days for the items to be shipped and arrive in your area. The freight company will call in advance to schedule a delivery appointment. Sometimes items get back ordered or become out of stock. Please allow up to 6 weeks in these instances. You are welcome to contact us and check stock at any time. We will be able to specifically tell you a time frame.
We are happy to hold items if you are moving, remodeling or have time frame specifics. We will gladly work around your schedule.

Taxes
Enjoy TAX FREE shopping, except Texas. Texas residents are required to pay 8% state sales tax.
Product Quality
Much time and energy has been put into selecting quality items. Unless notated, bedrooms, dining rooms and other case pieces are considered all wood. We do not sell anything that is particle board with cheap laminate surfaces. Bedroom sets are shipped assembled (except the bed). Most dining tables and chairs will require some assembly.
Everything purchased is brand new in factory boxes.
