FURNITURE BASICS ships anywhere in the continental US! At this time we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico. Items are brand new in boxes and shipped on pallets. Although damage is rare, when accepting your delivery you MUST inspect everything before signing for it. If there is ANY damage to boxes or to furniture pieces have the driver acknowledge the damage with his or her signatare on the delivery form in order to file a damage claim and get your damaged item replaced as quickly as possible. We only use reputable, well established freight companies. We also have available White Glove Service. Ask us about our professional, dedicated furniture transport and delivery service, and the associated fees.

Furniture sold to customers in the DFW area will be delivered by our delivery trucks.
Although most items are received in 1-2 weeks, please allow up to 6 weeks for your furniture to arrive. Contact us if you have a specific time frame when you can accept items. We are happy to arrange a later date for items to arrive if you are waiting for a home to be built or room to be remodeled.

Minimal assembly may be required on some items as they do come brand new in boxes. If more than normal assembly is required we will post it.
