FURNITURE BASICS prices include shipping to anywhere in the continental US! At this time we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico. Items are brand new in boxes and shipped on pallets. Furniture is inspected for damage before it leaves our location. When accepting your delivery you MUST inspect everything before signing for it. ANY damage must be noted and signed by the freight carrier in order to file a damage claim and get your damaged item repaired or replaced as quickly as possible. If damage is discovered, call us immediately and we will handle it from there. We only use reputable, well established freight companies.
Furniture sold to customers in the DFW area will be delivered by our delivery trucks. Although most items are received within 10 to 15 business days, on the very rare occasion that an item must be back ordered, please allow up to 6 weeks for your furniture to arrive. Contact us if you have a specific time frame when you can accept items. We are happy to arrange a later date for items to arrive if you are waiting for a home to be built or room to be remodeled.
Minimal assembly may be required on some items as they do come brand new in boxes. If more than normal assembly is required we will post it.
