SHIPPING
FURNITURE BASICS ships anywhere in the continental US! At this time we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico. Items are brand new in boxes and shipped on pallets. White glove delivery service is also avaiable.  Contact us for white glove fees. Please note there may be additional charges for deliveries made to limited access areas and rural or very remote areas.  When accepting your delivery you MUST count your boxes and inspect everything before the driver leaves and before signing for it. ANY damage must be noted on the delivery documents with the freight carrier in order to file a damage claim and get your damaged item replaced as quickly as possible. We only use reputable, well established freight companies. All furniture sold to customers in the DFW area will be delivered by our delivery trucks. Although most items are received in 1-2 weeks, please allow up to 6 weeks for your furniture to arrive. Contact us if you have a time constraint or a specific time frame in which you can accept items. We are also happy to arrange a later date for items to arrive if you are waiting for a home to be built or room to be remodeled. Minimal assembly may be required on some items as they do come brand new in boxes. If more than normal assembly is required we will post it.

RETURN POLICY
For your Guaranteed Satisfaction - If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your new furniture, we offer a 7-day return policy.  Please contact us prior to that expiration date so that we may provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Once the furniture is returned to us undamaged, in new condition and in the original packaging, we will refund your cost, less the cost for shipping to your location and a 15% restocking fee.  The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
